Introduction:
In the environment trees play an important role. All the human beings are directly or indirectly connected with the trees. By understanding their importance, when a child is born our forefathers used to plant a tree along with a small portion of umbilical cord of newly born baby, according to his birth star. As he grow the tree also grows. The child will take the responsibility of watering the plant and he will protect it. As birthday is the weak time in once life, our forefathers made a habit of spending time with our respective star tree so that we will receive positive energy from it.
In ancient times there were no advanced machines to detect the problem or illness of an individual. By seeing the Birth star and family back ground of a person the sadhu (a doctor) use to predict the issues he is facing or going to face in the future. According to this they use to decide the medicine in the form of herbs, pranic heeling or panchagavya (cow’s products). They use to give the medicine to the source not to the symptom.
In modern times with the latest technology scientists identified how the vibrations from the cosmic bodies effect human ,animal and plant life. Number of genes in a human DNA varies from 20000 to 55000 where as in simple rice plant it varies from 46000 to 55000. Higher number of genes in a plant represents their higher evolution. Biologists believe that trees understand the nature better and they absorb more healing energy from it. Lot of references are there who got enlightment by meditating under a tree. From puranas we are aware of the tree “Kalpavriksha” a wish fulfilling tree which can move also.
In India each ancient temple had a stalavriksha, people who walk around it will receive the healing energy through it. When a great person leaves this world it is common practice to bury the body and plant a tree on that Samadhi. Through this tree he will send positive vibrations to solve the problems of disciples.
Every person in this world born on ,one of the 27 stars belong to 12 zodaic signs having their own specific temples, animals, trees and birds to worship. The concept of planting or worshipping star tree is based on the belief that there is a correlation between birthstar, constellation and with the symbolic tree.
